2nd Forever Family Day!!

Kaylea has been with us for 2 years now! She is from

Bangkok, Thailand (originally Songkhla)!!

She is now 7.5 years old and in 1st grade. She is doing great, too!

She is on grade level, which is amazing for a child who has only been

imersed in English for 2 years. We are thrilled that she is now our

little girl and a part of our family.

February is almost OVER??!!??!! How did that happen so quickly??
So, tomorrow is Kaylea's 2nd Forever Family Day!!
Can you believe THAT??
Emilea and I are working on a project for her. I'm trying to be a more
organized and to be a more together mom, like I use to be.
Back before I had a gaggle of kids!!

Therapy....

This is what you get when you ask "who's going with Mama?!"  The hands shoot up!!!

I just love Rubea's therapists! They are all so good to her. We had her developmental therapist and speech therapist here today. She is so quiet when they are here, but usually very cooperative. She just loves that they play with her and give her all their attention! She has come so far in such a short time. I am amazed every day that we were chosen to be her family!

Less than 2 weeks....

Note last school year. We got these pictures in the fall.

Only 11 days until we leave for Thailand and I have,

• made hotel reservations
• packed the bag of donations
  
• packed Not's bag of clothes and misc items
• purchased plane tickets
• packed gifts for those who have taken care of Not
  

I still want to get a new camera before we leave. Anyone have a camera that they love?

One that is QUICK??? Ours is slow!!! I am open to any and all suggestions....

Entering the blogging world........

Apparently I should have never been introduced into the world BLOGING! I am addicted! I love reading other people's blogs....I'm nosey like that! I enjoy sharing about my life and kids with others, so maybe this is the place for me!!  

Now that I finally got a header that looks *ok* it will have to do until we get back from Thailand!
